It was tweeted by Google from the Google nexus account that Google has a surprise of the day for all the android users. The announcement was followed on the Google mobile blog.It can be seen as a good and bad announcement simultaneously.

The bad part is that if you don’t own a Nexus S, you would have to wait for your manufacturer to upgrade your phone to Android 2.3.4.The good news is just that, GTalk Video chat is coming to mobile and not video chat only, but voice chat too. Both of these would be available on 3G, 4G and WiFi.The most exciting part of Google talk video is it would allow you to do video chat or voice chat with any mobile users or desktop users through gmail. It also means getting rid of those annoying voice contracts, and needing only data for our communication and also means that phones without front-facing cameras will still be able to call each other on

According to Google, it is all set to roll out the Android 2.3.4 for the Nexus S in the coming weeks.so you’ll just have to wait and hope that the Gingerbread update for your phone is 2.3.4.
