Verizon has finally pushed out the android 2.3 Gingerbread Update for Samsung Galaxy S. Last month the update was temporarily suspended and some the users couldn’t get it, but now it is available for those who bought their phones through Verizon to install.

Gingerbread update has passed all the checking process, and you can connect your Galaxy S to your computer and install the update that way through Samsung’s KIES app. Let us know what do you feel about the update
