Microsoft is all set to launch its latest OneNote application for the android devices. OneNote is a wonderful note taking app that has been designed for android devices. One of the main goals of Microsoft is to help the users who already make use of the desktop software to sync and carry the notes while on the go by means of using SkyDrive.

Some of the key features of OneNote app include;

  • Typing out the text
  • Inserting Pictures
  • Bullet Points
  • Check Boxes
  • Store up to 500 notes
  • Edit up to 500 notes

It has to be taken note that the app is allowed to store and edit up to 500 notes which increases the chances of paying more if you are the user who is looking out for unlimited usage of the app. Microsoft seems to be increasingly banking on this segment to surpass the popular note taking apps such as Evernote, Springpad etc.

The app is available for free test run in the Android Market.
