Samsung Smart Apps Competiton – $ 4.8 million for the winners
Android has always been a playing field for App developers, Samsung has used this to their advantage. They are searching for new and innovated applications and they are doing this through their Smart App Challenge competition. Samsung has narrowed the category down to apps that take advantage of the main features of Galaxy Note and the Galaxy Tab. Galaxy Note’s main attraction is the use of the S Pen, so they need developers to build apps that would incorporate the usage of the S Pen.
Samsung is giving away around $4.8 million to a total of 80 winners. Though there are a bunch of categories, such as the Best Game, the above mentioned Best use of the S Pen and many more. Samsung is not only giving away tons of cash but Samsung also promises to provide the Apps ample amount of marketing, in order to promote them.
