After the successful launch of Google’s first pure vanilla Android Tablet, the Google Nexus 7, the company now plans to launch its next successor sometime in May this year (we are assuming it to be at Google I/O scheduled to take place during that time frame only). Asus, the manufacturer of the original Tablet have also confirmed the rumors surrounding Google’s next flagship Tablet which gives a pure Android experience.

Rumors have revealed that the second generation Nexus 7 will feature a thinner bezel and a Full HD (1920 x 1080) display running on the latest version of Android Jellybean. We are expecting the pricing to be similar to that of the first Nexus 7 which was $199 for the 8GB version, $249 for the 16GB one, and $299 for the 32GB variant. As mentioned earlier, these are just the estimated prices based on the original Nexus 7 Tablet. Till now that’s all the update we have for you on this device and as soon as any further developments occur, we would immediately inform you guys. Excited much ?
