Google in a surprising turn of events have changed the prices of all its paid apps and other digital content on the Play Store to local currencies of a few countries including Pakistan. As per now, all the apps would be priced in Pakistani rupees (initially it was only showing in US$).

This does seem to be a good move on Google’s part since many people always complained about having to pay for their apps in foreign currencies which sometimes had various issues linked with them but now with the amounts being shown in the local currency, makes it easier for a majority of user’s who truly are interested in buying apps every once in a while.

Note: So far we have heard people complaining from other parts of the world regarding the conversion rates used by Google that needs to be clarified. So what’s your take on the prices ?
