Samsung launches the Galaxy A9 Pro with 4GB RAM and a 5000 mAh battery
Samsung seems to have finally listened to its customers when it comes to giving a bigger battery. They did so with the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge and have now done with the Galaxy A9 2016 Pro. The Galaxy A9 Pro is a beefed up version of the Galaxy A9 2016, with differences in three major areas. The Ram has been increased from 3GB to 4GB, the camera has been bumped up to a 16MP shooter and finally the pièce de résistance the Galaxy A9 Pro comes with a massive 5000 mAh battery.
Other specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor , a 6 inch Full HD 1080p Super AMOLED display an 8MP front camera and 32GB of internal storage with microSD support (up to 128GB). Other bells and whistles include a fingerprint scanner, fast charging etc. The device is made from the same Metal and Glass body like the rest of the Galaxy A (2016) series devices. The Galaxy A9 Pro runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
The device will come in Pink, Gold, Black and White and will be for roughly $540. Now the sad news, so far the device will be sold exclusively in China. It may or may not come to your shores, but if it did, would you go for it?
