HTC One X+ rumored to get 1.7 GHz Quad Core Tegra 3 chipset and Android 4.1.1 JellyBean
The One X without a shadow of a doubt has been HTC’s flagship phone of the year and now there are rumors about a possible upgrade to the already popular Android Device. The upgraded version is currently known as The HTC One X+ and features an impressive (overhauled) 1.7 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad Core processor along with a 1280 x 720 HD display. The device is set to come pre-installed with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean rather than Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich which currently ships with the One X.
Personally speaking I love the One X but I can`t help but think of the things that the phone is missing after using it for a few months. Despite the beautiful unibody and screen, I miss being able to not care about battery life with interchangeable batteries and running out of storage. Expandable SD-card storage would be great. In terms of software changes, I’d like to see more customization options in the camera as well as a quick-settings toggle for the pull-down notifications.
What do you guys have to say about it ? Is an upgrade to the already quite stable One X really a necessity ? Do share your comments with us.
