Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to be unveiled in 3 versions at MWC
Since the beginning of last month we have been hearing ongoing rumors about Samsung’s next big tablet, “The Galaxy Note 8“. Well it seems that these rumors are indeed true since it has been confirmed by representatives at Samsung. The flagship tablet is set to be released in three different types namely, the GT N5110, which has Wi-Fi only, the GT 5100, which has 3G connectivity and lastly, the GT N5105, which has 3G and LTE connectivity.
No further details regarding the pricing and product specifications have not been disclosed as yet but we are anticipating it to be released worldwide on Feb 25th at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. As far as the pricing is concerned, the Note 8’s closest possible rival would most certainly be the iPad Mini which is currently priced at around $329 so if Samsung do want to stand face to face with Apple, then it would have to set its marketing strategies absolutely spot on !
The Mobile World Congress is still a few weeks away and we expect more details regarding the device to surface. Until then, be sure to check back for more news on the Galaxy Note 8. So would you go for Samsung’s new device in its already long list of tablets and choose the Galaxy Note 8 over the Google Nexus 7 and the iPad mini? Do share in your thoughts with us.
