Droid RAZR and RAZR MAXX get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Many devices in the market these days are receiving the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update, some faster than others. Two Motorola smartphones got added to the list today, the Droid RAZR and the RAZR MAXX. Motorola has officially announced that these two smartphones will receive the Jelly Bean update very soon.

Thanks to Project Butter in Jelly Bean the performance gets really improved, plus additional features such as Google Now, Android Beam etc. Even though Motorola was a bit late in launching the update, still good to know it has not forgotten its old devices.  No official date has been given as to when the update will start to roll out, it would most probably be in the coming weeks, so all who have these smartphones keep a lookout for a push message to get the Jelly Bean goodness. If any of you do tend to get the update, do let us know in our comments tab, so the world can also know when and where it begins.
