HTC on their official software update page have confirmed that the International version of last year’s HTC One (M7) will be getting the Sense 6 update very soon. The new version of the sense is the one which you find the HTC’s 2014 flagship device the HTC One (M8), which improves the overall look of the device as well as adding some interesting new features. Here is an overview of what are the changes:

Blinkfeed
The new and improved Blinkfeed now has continuous scrolling, a new sidebar and even shows nearby restaurants. Not only that, but the interface has been changed so that you can now even add your content as well.
Apps Tray
The apps tray on the HTC One M7 is now full screen, you will not have the intrusive looking dock coming in your way any more.Overall it looks very clean and smooth.
Camera
The camera app has been given a UI overhaul and looks much more sleeker. A new Zoe camera mode has been added which really captures those important moments.
Gallery
The Gallery has also been given a UI change, which looks a bit similar to one found in stock Android devices. The Gallery app now has improved picture searching options and well as a new feature called Point of Interest (POI) locations.
Excluding the above mentioned changes, the new Sense 6 UI brings with it color coded apps for easier navigation. Customizable fonts, Enhancements to music, messaging, email, calendar and phone apps. The HTC Sense TV app has also been given a UI change, it now has live social feeds and sports scores integrated in it.
